New Webinar - Stroke Center Development Kicking it up a notch!

Registration


  • Registration for each event is required and can be completed at any time prior to the event you wish to attend. (We recommend that you register at least 24 hours in advance.)
  • In order for your registration and participation in these Webinars to go smoothly, please carefully read and follow the instructions below:
    • To register for a particular (or multiple) event(s), go to http://concentric-medical.webex.com.
    • Once registered for an event, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the meeting number, meeting password and some instructions to follow in order to join the session.
    • You must register for each event separately.
  • You have the option of integrating the event with your Microsoft Outlook calendar. (Please be sure that your computer recognizes .ics files as Microsoft Outlook files.)


Webinar Process


  • Click on the link in the email confirmation to join the Webinar online.
  • You will see additional information and instructions as you join. Follow the instructions listed on your computer screen at that time.


Teleconference Process


  • Once you have joined the Webinar, you will see a box appear asking for your direct phone number.
  • Enter your direct phone number into this box and the WebEx Teleconference service will call you immediately and you will enter the teleconference automatically.
    • NOTE: This will only work if you have a direct line. WebEx Teleconference call back service will not work if you must enter an extension in order to contact you!
    • If your phone service requires entry of an extension, do not use the call back option. Simply click the cancel button and use the dial in information provided in the invite e-mail that you received.
  • When you enter into the teleconference session, your voice line will automatically be muted so as to lessen interruptions with background noise.
  • To speak to the moderator or presenter, please click the un-mute button to the right of your screen in the Webinar online session located in the attendee box.
  • Please remember to keep your line muted during the presentation unless you have a question or feel free to ask a question using the chat functionality in the Webinar.


Further Instructions and Cutoff


  • We will provide further instructions at the beginning of the Webinar.
  • Following these additional instructions (about 10 min into the Webinar), no participants will be allowed to join the Webinar so as to avoid any interruptions.
  • It is important that you give yourself 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the Webinar to login and allow the WebEx program to load the necessary applets onto your computer.
  • Login will be allowed 15 minutes prior to the start of the Webinar.
