DIRECTOR, MEDICAL AFFAIRS


The Director of Medical Affairs will be responsible for the following:

  • Works with internal and external team to plan and execute international randomized controlled trials.
  • Provides scientific, medical and technical information to field sales team and internal employees to ensure product awareness and understanding.
  • Develops post-market clinical trial strategy.  Coordinates with marketing department to ensure that clinical trials and registry activities answer market needs. 
  • Coordinates with marketing organization to maximize opportunities within accounts regarding our clinical trials and other competitive trials.
  • Provides regular updates of relevant clinical articles and presentations to management and field sales team.
  • Develops and supports publications to affect physician behavior.  Interacts with physicians to coordinate and manage publication of scientific articles in major peer-reviewed journals.
  • Manages strategy for optimizing presentations at scientific meetings, including abstract submissions for poster and oral presentation.
  • Contributes to market research effort to ensure Company is apprised of new developments in clinical studies, products and clinical practice. 
  • Supports evaluation of strategic alliances, partnerships, licensing targets and acquisition targets as needed.
  • Analyzes clinical data in response to internal or external questions.
  • Manages outside consulting organizations effectively.
  • Works in accordance with quality system procedures.

Bachelor of Science or undergraduate degree required. A graduate degree in medicine or science is a plus. Five or more years of clinical experience within the medical device industry. Five years supervisory experience required, including managing outside/contract vendors.

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER


The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Provides leadership in short- and long-range strategic planning and analysis for financial matters; ensures that business plan and transactions meet the mission, goals, and operating objectives of the Company.
  • Acts as a valued business partner to all functional groups by providing budgetary, forecasting and fiscal direction to all departments; ensures the sound fiscal operation of the Company including the timely, accurate, and comprehensive development of an annual budget and its implementation with analysis, documentation and communications of variances to actual performance; provides functional ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Performs, manages, refines and enhances the Company’s analysis and reporting of business metrics and projections, including analyzing underlying assumptions for revenue drivers (customers, cases, ASP, etc.) and expense drivers (headcount, materials, marketing programs, etc.).
  • Investigates, recommends, and implements improved and scalable financial systems (reporting, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Ensures appropriate communication processes are established within and across functional groups. 
  • Works in accordance with quality system procedures.

Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred. Minimum seven (7) years related experience in the finance and/or accounting field, two (2) years of FP&A functional management/supervisory preferred.

ASSEMBLER


The Assembler will be responsible for the following:

  • Assembles components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
  • Performs in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
  • Maintains accurate records/documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards)
  • Reports all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which could affect product quality, cost, and employee safety
  • Works with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
  • Works in accordance with quality system procedures
High school diploma or equivalent certification required. 0-8+ years of assembly experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.

ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR


The Associate Systems Administrator is responsible for providing IT services to help the company meet its goals.

  • Provides technical support to Concentric’s team members as needed, including after hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Installs and maintains new PCs, servers, PDAs, and related equipment.
  • Documents IT systems and procedures.
  • Maintains records of IT software and hardware assets.
  • Ensure optimal system availability.
Minimum Requirements include:
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities to facilitate positive and constructive interactions among employees and project teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet multiple and occasional competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with other employees and supervisor.
  • Experience with S-Office, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Exchange 2003, IP networking and firewalls.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Available by cell phone and/or PDA to respond to IT issues as appropriate.
  • High School Diploma.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired. Technical certifications such as MCSE or CCNA are desired. Experience with Backup Exec, enterprise antivirus software, phone systems, SSL VPNs, and Blackberry Enterprise Server desired.
